Refund policy

1. Digital Purchases (eBooks & Subscriptions)

  • All sales are final for individual eBook purchases due to the immediate access nature of digital content.
  • Subscription refunds:
    • You may cancel auto-renewal anytime (via App Store/Google Play settings), but active subscriptions are non-refundable.
    • Exception: Refunds within 48 hours of accidental purchase (contact us with receipt).

2. App Purchases (Premium Features)

  • One-time in-app purchases: Refund requests within 7 days if feature is defective/unusable (provide proof).
  • Refunds are processed via original payment method (5-10 business days).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If you’ve read >20% of an eBook
  • Subscription periods already used
  • Promotional/discounted items marked “No Refunds”

5. Chargeback Policy

Disputes via banks/PayPal without contacting us first will result in automatic account suspension.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
