- All sales are final for individual eBook purchases due to the immediate access nature of digital content.
- Subscription refunds:
- You may cancel auto-renewal anytime (via App Store/Google Play settings), but active subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Exception: Refunds within 48 hours of accidental purchase (contact us with receipt).
2. App Purchases (Premium Features)
- One-time in-app purchases: Refund requests within 7 days if feature is defective/unusable (provide proof).
- Refunds are processed via original payment method (5-10 business days).
